China Bank Savings cares for the health and safety of our stockholders, employees and clients. Therefore, the Bank’s Annual Stockholders’ Meeting on June 17, 2021 at 9:30 A.M. will be an online event, via Zoom.
Stockholders of record as of May 15, 2021 will be entitled to notice of and vote at the meeting. The Bank’s stock and transfer books will be closed from April 15 to June 17, 2021. Stockholders may attend the meeting by remote communication through an online live broadcast and exercise their right to vote.
Stockholders intending to participate should notify the Bank by sending an e-mail to
ocs.cbs@chinabank.ph on or before June 10, 2021. All information submitted will be subject to verification by the Office of the Corporate Secretary. An e-mail containing the log-in-details for the online participation/attendance will be sent to the stockholders.
